Mr. Robert Dee Williams is an author of numerous publications, books, and articles. He is a nationwide radio personality, TV guest, and trainer on topics pertaining to group work; treatment of the chronically mentally ill; treatment of African-American males; romantic relationships, male-female relationship issues; marriage and family; child, adolescent and teen problems; self esteem; motivation; attitude; violence in the workplace; policies and procedures; and clinical practice. He has a Master of Arts degree in social work, and is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Diplomat in Clinical Social Work. Robert is also a Certified Forensic Addiction Examiner and Certified Addiction Counselor. Mr. Williams has been in clinical practice and mental health administration since 1973. He has been a Senior Team Leader and Manager at Local Community Mental Health Corporations and residential treatment programs for adjudicated youth and adults for several decades, and the Executive Director of the Finner-Williams and Associates Psychological Services since 1988.
